Originally from Santa Monica, California, Mena obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Communication from Florida International University. After a stint with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Mena returned to Miami, where he worked in the residential real estate industry for 12 years prior to his recent relocation to North Carolina. While in Miami, Mena served as National Sales Director for International Sales Group, LLC. In this capacity, he represented clients such as Donald Trump, Lennar Homes, Boca Developers, and the Elad Group, generating sales for over two billion dollars of inventory homes, via alliances he established with brokers throughout the United States and abroad. Complementing his expertise in residential sales and marketing, Mena gained valuable experience as Executive Vice President of Brookside Project Funding, LLC, where he sourced and evaluated construction and permanent financing for public purpose projects. Prior to his recent relocation, Mena served as a real estate consultant, performing in-depth research and analysis of Florida condominium inventory for Starwood/Perry Capital's acquisition of Corus Bank, which was the largest bank acquisition of 2009. Mena's proficiency in Spanish and world travel has assisted in the strong connections he has formed with leading domestic and international brokerage firms. 
Mr. Mena brings extensive knowledge and experience of the urban condominium market to Triangle-area developers. As a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker, Mena is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. Mr. Mena is currently a Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker Ellison Realty located in beautiful Ocala, FL.
